All shipments in the continental United States are delivered by standard UPS ground, Free of Charge. Summerfootwear.com makes every effort to ship all orders within one business day. We strive to have all orders to our customers within one week of order receipt, if not sooner. You will be notified via e-mail if the item is out of stock and given an estimated shipping date. To track your order, go to the UPS web site and enter your tracking number.
All overseas shipments are sent via USPS Global Express Mail. Shipping varies depending upon specific country and time of year but usually ranges between five to fourteen business days. We make every effort to ship international orders within three days of receipt. Orders to APO addresses require additional time. Return and exchange freight is the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via US Priority Mail for a standard fee of $15.00. Return or exchange freight is the responsibility of the customer.
All Canadian shipments are sent via Priority Mail for a shipping rate of $10.00. Shipping time is estimated at five to fourteen business days. Any import duties, taxes, or return freight if needed, are the responsibility of the customer.
For all international orders, a standard shipping rate of $40.00 per order applies. Any import duties, taxes or return freight, if needed, are the responsibility of the customer.
